The basis of Spiritual Wellbeing is finding meaning, purpose, and a cause greater than ourselves. In service to a greater cause we discover our unique abilities and skills and we grow in the process of giving of ourselves. When we act with purpose we reconcile our actions with our values and beliefs and live a congruent life.
Spiritual wellbeing can have a dramatic impact on various realms of wellbeing, particularly with respect to finding overall peace, harmony, and happiness with our life and surroundings. Becoming aware of how spirituality weaves into our lives can be helpful in developing an integrated, holistic, and balanced self.
